Tartarus
is where all scheduling and printing occurs. All ordering and
scheduling is performed using a drag and drop approach.
Order
of Divisions - This allows organizers complete flexibility
over the order in which the major categories (Divisions) appear
. This order is used for printing the Conference schedule and
creating web pages.
Order
of Symposia - This allows organizers complete flexibility
over the order in which the subcategories (Symposia) of each major
category (Division) appear . This order is used for printing the
Conference schedule and creating web pages.
Symposium
Schedule - This is the heart of Tartarus. Here, all session
scheduling occurs. Unscheduled presentations appear in the right
column. Icons are used to identify oral versus poster presentations.
To schedule a presentation, drag it from the right column into
the left column. The times are recalculated dynamically. Special
scheduling elements are used to complete the schedule.
Specify
the day, starting time, chair and room number. For poster sessions,
the duration is also specified.
Inserts
an Introductory Remarks entry into the schedule. The duration
can be specified.
Inserts
an Coffee Break entry into the schedule. The duration can be specified.
This
item allows you to enter arbitrary notes or comments into the
schedule.
This
item allows to you to enter arbitrary delays into the schedule.
This is useful for holding a space for an anticipated presentation.
Print
Reports - This page controls all aspects of printing.
